It is basic, it is simple but it is not what most of the companies do. Our problem solving approach, most of the times, is contrarian.
Over last few years we have developed many solutions to tackle challenges of automotive retail business. On many occasions we have had no choice but to build up an original solution from scratch. While doing so, we realized that quite often, we did not end up doing what others would generally do. Well, we do not intend to be different just for the heck of it. It is just that we only settle for real solutions based on our basic, no-nonsense style even if it sounds mundane. Not many training and consulting companies do so as they are bothered about the perceived value and not the real value to the clients.
We always go after real solutions whether they sound esoteric or sound silly. Yes, it does require a bit of convincing on our part but our track record helps us do so.
